Using moodle: HTML editor in Moodle

There is no HTML editor in Moodle in Safari. The HTMLarea editor that Moodle uses is incompatible with Safari and does not function. When you copy formatted text from an external editor into Safari you are essentially converting it to plain text which ignores formatting commands.

One Possible Solution:

Use the Firefox browser.

Note: Some users might be inclined to use Google Chrome or Opera, however, the HTMLarea editor does not work in these browsers at the time of this posting.
